Will people pay 10¢ to use a tin-can phone in Eastern Market?

Finally we made it to a place where there was a lot of pedestrian traffic: Eastern Market, Detroit. We set up for about 2 hours on Saturday morning, and were happily surprised how many people gave 10¢, 50¢, and even $1 to use our silly tin-can phone. Then later, we were able to give our proceeds to our new Saxophone-playing friend**.
